-Come gather in the East Bay to celebrate the autumn 🍂 season, see up-and-coming local artists from a range of genres, and support Bree's journey to her maternal, ancestral homelands in the Sonoran Desert ♡

-It’s Bree's deep hope to have the opportunity to relate with the plants, animals, and Spirit of the desert connected to her lineage. 🌵 She also hopes to learn land-based skills through local knowledge bearers, and to do work with a desert aid organization that supports migrants traversing the “border”lands.

Funds will support Bree in paying for workshops, van maintenance, and general travel, lodging, and grocery expenses.

-The event will take place in a beautiful South Berkeley cooperative home with  plenty of outdoor space among fruit trees.

There will be lite snacks and drinks; feel free to bring a dish or beverages to share.

Performer styles range from meditative, musical theatre, melodic  electronic, indie, r&b, rap, & vocal jazz standards!

We’ll also have a community altar 🕯 for the evening where all are welcome to bring a foto of a loved one who has passed or an item that is special to you or your lineage. After the show the floor will be open for any and all to jam, share stories, and hang!

-About Nicole’s personalized poems-
Nicole’s “Conjured Name Poems” invite individuals to share the name of someone in their life and what comes to mind when thinking of that person. Nicole then summons spontaneous poetry and lets words flow out of her and onto the page of a typewriter resulting in unique pieces. 

-About Aina’s Astro Tattoos-
Aina will have a tattoo station where they’ll be offering small zodiac constellation tattoos of your choosing. Flat price of $50.
